Colin W Ballard is a professional Toastmaster & Master Of Ceremonies based in Lytham St Annes. His professional career, voluntary work and civic duties have led him to offer Toastmaster or Master of Ceremonies Services to the North of England or farther afield by arrangement.

Colin is a former member of the Northern Guild of Toastmasters where he trained to the highest standard. He has a strong military lineage, a Queen’s Scout and former Assistant District Commissioner to the Association. His exemplary dress code will reflect the highest standards of his training.

Colin was professionally trained as a teacher and held positions in many varying types of schools in the North of England and progressed to become Headteacher and consultant. Holder of current First Aid at Work Certificate.

Colin has the interpersonal skills to co–ordinate people and functions and through his experience and professional career. Colin has business experience and personal charisma which have earned meetings with many influential buyers from large multi–national companies.

Colin was the official Town Crier to both the Manor of Lytham and St Anne’s, he was officially appointed Town Crier on the 20th of December 2011 when he was presented with a scroll of appointment. Colin was also registered with The Ancient and Honourable Guild of Town Criers where he gained valuable knowledge & advice from more experienced members allowing him to developed his skills.
