Colin W Ballard is a professional Toastmaster & Master Of Ceremonies based in Lytham St Annes. His professional career, voluntary work and civic duties have led him to offer Toastmaster or Master of Ceremonies Services to the North of England or farther afield by arrangement.

Colin is a member of the Northern Guild of Toastmasters where he trained to the highest standard. He has a strong military lineage, a Queen’s Scout and former Assistant District Commissioner to the Association. His exemplary dress code will reflect the highest standards of his training.

Colin was professionally trained as a teacher and held positions in many varying types of schools in the North of England and progressed to become Headteacher and consultant. Holder of current First Aid at Work Certificate.
